Why organize a PDF?
Sometimes a PDF has pages in the wrong order, a page scanned upside down, or a blank page you want gone. Instead of re-exporting from the original document, you can rearrange everything visually: put pages in the right order, rotate the ones that need it, and drop the ones you don't want — then export a clean PDF.
Local and private
Like every iWorkPDF tool, Organize runs entirely in your browser. Your file is read locally and never sent to a server, so it's safe even for confidential documents.
Step-by-step guide
Open your PDF
Drop your PDF into the Organize tool. You'll see a thumbnail of every page.
Reorder, rotate, remove
Drag pages to reorder them (or use the ‹ › arrows on touch screens). Click ↻ to rotate a page, or ✕ to remove it from the document.
Export your clean PDF
Click to generate the new PDF in your chosen order, with your rotations applied — downloaded instantly.
Tips
- On a computer, drag & drop is the fastest way to reorder; on mobile, use the ‹ › arrows.
- Need to only delete pages? The dedicated Delete Pages tool preserves bookmarks and internal links.
- Reordering rebuilds the document, so the outline/bookmarks may not carry over — expected for a rearrange.
